Email Purchase Orders
Purchase orders we receive electronically will be transferred in to a proforma invoice by our sales team which we will return to you by email.
Once you have received the proforma invoice and checked the details please make a payment with using the details at the base of the proforma invoice to make a Wire Transfer payment with bank transfer.
Please note that this method can slow delivery of the goods as we require that the payment clears to our account before releasing any goods for despatch.
Delivery
Domestic (Thailand) Delivery
All orders destined to the Thailand are despatched either by EMS register or courier at our option: EMS register usually takes between 1-3 working days to arrive upon leaving our premises. Our courier service is a next day service throughout most of the mainland. Provided that the goods are in stock, all orders placed before 13:00 are despatched the same day. Orders otalling less than USD 50 exclusive of
VAT are subject to a delivery charge of USD 5. Any mainland orders totalling USD40 or more exclusive of VAT qualify for free delivery.
If you require your order more urgently, please contact our sales team who will be happy to discuss your requirement further. Next day delivery is available upon request.
International Delivery
We use the Royal Mail and international postal services to ship orders worldwide or couriers depend on reqiurment. Since the delivery charge depends on the destination, and which products you have chosen, an exact shipping figure is calculated for you upon entering your delivery country prior to submitting your order. Our overseas orders are usually delivered within 7 days of despatch.
